ViewMy MSc. thesis was focused on monitoring changes in the cytoplasm conductivity following inhibition of mitochondrial ATP production using a microfluidic platform.
It was successfully demonstrated that the proposed designed platform can be used as a method for quantifying ATP production at the single cell level with potential applications in cancer research.
